Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
